Who can list on Pincushion

Pincushion lists South African wedding suppliers: venues, photographers and videographers, DJs and musicians, decor and hire companies, hair and makeup artists, planners, florists, bridal boutiques, cake designers, stationery and design studios, stylists, caterers and marriage officers. Listings are reviewed before they go live.

How listing works

  1. Complete the application form on this page with your business details, area, category, description and photos.
  2. We review your submission and confirm the details before publishing.
  3. Once approved, your profile goes live in the directory and in the relevant category and province pages.
  4. You can update your listing yourself at any time through your vendor portal.

Listing plans

  • Basic — Free. Name, area and category, one profile image, a short description, a map pin and contact link, plus a monthly performance report.
  • Premium — R299 / month (or R2,990 / year). Full profile page, up to 20 photos, packages or starting prices, WhatsApp and contact links, enquiry form and social links, lead email notifications and a monthly performance report.
  • Featured — R799 / month (or R7,990 / year). Everything in Premium plus homepage hero or highlight exposure, improved search and category positioning, rotating priority placement and capped availability by area or category.
  • Homepage exposure: Featured vendors may appear in homepage hero or highlight positions.
  • Search visibility: Featured listings receive improved positioning in relevant search, category, location or style-based results where applicable.
  • Rotating placement: Featured exposure rotates to keep placement fair where there is more than one Featured vendor in an area or category.
  • Capped availability: Featured spaces may be limited by area or category to protect the value of the placement.

Your monthly performance report

All vendors, on every plan, receive a monthly performance report covering search impressions, profile views, click-through rate, website clicks, phone clicks, email clicks and enquiries — so you always know how couples are interacting with your listing.
